Reservation Policy:

Reservations are always recommended to assure you get the appointment time and therapist you would like. However, at times we do have openings in the schedule, so of course you can always call the same day if you decide you would like to come in at the last moment and we will do our best to squeeze you in.

Re-Scheduling / Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time starts and ends at the time you have booked your session that includes reception, short counseling, massage session and payment. I may not be able to extend the appointment time for time of late arrival.
Because the therapist reserve their time especially for you; Rescheduling / Cancellation two day (48 Hours)before - No Charge
Rescheduling 24hrs before of appointment time - 50% of Total massage plan.
A cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost must be paid if a therapy is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or less before the therapy starts.

セラピストが十分に個々のお客様の準備をするために、ご予約を最優先とさせていただきます。ただし、空きがあれば当日のお電話をされた上で、ご来店も可能です。当日お時間ができて、ご来店ご希望のお客様もできるだけご希望に添えるように努力いたします。

予約のキャンセル、またはスケジュールの変更について：

セラピストはご予約された個々のお客様のために準備し、待機しております。もしご予約のお時間にご都合が悪くなり、ご予約の変更やキャンセルの場合は２４時間前にお知らせください。その場合、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。

初回のお客様へ

カウンセリングフォームへの記入をお願いしています。それに基づいて、健康状態や、これまでの病気や怪我の履歴を確認させていただき、どのようなマッサージが適しているのかをお客様と一緒に話し合います。
