My Approach

I am mainly a dedicated Ayurveda Massage Therapist, but I often use various massage techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, Reflexology, Balinese and sports massage according to need of body. My ultimate goal is to heal and relaxation, but also to teach my clients a better approach to maintain their own health.I want my clients to take control of their own healing. I want them to understand how powerful their minds and bodies really are, and how each organ and symptom is part of a larger system. 

I offer a variety of Yoga classes depending on your personal goals and conditions. Whether you need to tone your muscles or relieve muscular tension, there is something for everybody to enjoy.Regularly practicing yoga has many benefits. From increased focus to heightened flexibility, we all benefit differently from yoga. During my private / group Yoga session, I will address your strengths and needs individually and lead you in the right direction to reach your goals whatever they may be.
